Traditional rise of monthly colors: The ISSPC in chorus

Scheduled every first Monday of the month, the Inspectorate of Security and Civil Protection Services organized its traditional Great Colors ceremony on Monday, December 05, 2022 within its walls.
This ceremony is an opportunity for the ISSPC Command, namely the Inspector General, Samba Keita, the inspectors to meet with certain military authorities to share a few moments of cohesion, conviviality and enjoy intellectual gymnastics but brief and concise manner.
Great opportunity for the Chief Inspector to communicate to perhaps convey a message. In off, this exercise also allows the Chief Inspector to often observe, see or read between the lines.
